While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges Terms
- Returns and exchanges sent by post will only be accepted via our Returns & Exchanges app (see above). Returns received without this authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender.
- You will need your original receipt/order confirmation to make a return or exchange in person at one of our retail stores.
- Items must be received by Doodie Stark within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns received outside of this period will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in perfect, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Doodie Stark. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
- Where a free gift has been provided as part of a promotion, this must also be returned in order for the return to be processed in full.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors and on carpeted surfaces only. Items returned with worn or marked soles may be rejected.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, lingerie, underwear, or swimwear, unless the items are faulty.
- We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to process refunds to alternative payment methods.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where items are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
