I love my job. Working in our beatiful spaces alongside such an incredible team is a true joy. I personally handpick every item we sell, and there's nothing more rewarding than watching our wonderful customers discover pieces that seem tailor-made just for them.

Annabelle
LINDFIELD
Annabelle was first introduced to Doodie Stark as a customer, and quickly fell in love with the brand. She joined the team in August 2022, and has flourished on the shop floor helping customers explore the shop floor and discover new favourites. With a love for luxury fashion, Annabelle always recommends statement pieces from Dea Kudibal and more versatile bits from new in By-Bar.
Annie
HORSHAM
Annie works part-time in store, alongside managing her daughter’s charity. Fluent in both French and Spanish, Annie infuses her work with European influence, encouraging customers to think about timeless fashion that will last. She loves a bold print and statement piece of jewellery, favouring brands like Moliin and pairing them with classic pieces from American Vintage.
Caroline
HORSHAM
Caroline began at Doodie Stark in 2021 and recently stepped into the role of store manager. She is passionate about embracing the team’s unique skills and always goes above and beyond for our customers, providing an exceptional service full of laughter. Caroline is currently loving everything from By-Bar, our exclusive brand from Amsterdam, and can be seen in store sporting patterned dresses with chunky trainers.
Bryony
HORSHAM
Bryony joined Doodie Stark in 2024, and brought with her an exceptional attention to detail. Working part-time on the shop floor, Bryony brings her background in wedding planning to create special interactions with customers and provide innovative ways to organise the store. She can often be found wearing bold blouses from Vilagallo due to her love for feminine silhouettes with a unique twist.
Debbie
LINDFIELD
Debs joined Doodie Stark in 2015, and with a background in hairdressing, she is happiest at work when she is helping a customer pick an outfit for upcoming occasions. Debs loves to be on the shopfloor, but equally enjoys the challenge of keeping the stock room efficiently organised. You'll always find Debs in her go-to outfit of a classic pair of jeans and feminine Moliin blouse, finished off with a pair of D.A.T.E trainers.
Elodie
HORSHAM
Elodie is a vital member of our Saturday Staff and alongside studying for her A-levels, she can be found on the shopfloor assisting all of our wonderful customers and always creates an enjoyable atmosphere on our busiest day of trade. Elodie loves Doodie Stark jewellery, usually pairing up unique pieces to create a fashionable stack of rings or bracelets and often encourages our customers to do the same.
Georgia
LINDFIELD
Alongside her sixth form studies in Business, Spanish and Psychology, Georgia works part time at Doodie Stark at the weekends. She is often caught up on the latest trends and helps our stylish customers create head to toe outfits with their favourite brands. One trend Georgia is loving is athleisure, so always encourages our customers to try the comfiest loungewear from Varley.
Gwen
LINDFIELD
After working as a cabin manager and in other customer-facing roles for 30 years, Gwen is the epitome of a people person. She always greets our customers with warmth and an exceptional service particularly enjoying pairing up an entire outfit for a customer’s special occasion. Gwen loves our versatile styles from Saint Tropez, usually pairing them with our classic leather bags from Depeche.
Kate
HORSHAM
With a background in fashion retail, Kate always provides a personalised shopping experience and offers a welcoming service from the moment you step inside. Although only joining the team in 2024, Kate has flourished in visual merchandising and often creates beautiful displays throughout the store. Kate loves all of our lifestyle accessories, often recommending diffusers as the perfect gift for our customers.
Katie DLR
LINDFIELD
Katie started at Doodie Stark in 2017 as a member of the Horsham team, but soon transferred closer to home in Lindfield. With a wealth of knowledge, Katie will get stuck into anything she can, but particularly loves opening up our deliveries and diving into new stock. You will always find Katie on the shop floor wearing a sleek pair of D.A.T.E trainers and sporting athleisure from her favourite brand, Varley.

Katie splits her time between managing all things marketing and offering hands-on assistance on the shop floor. Using her degree in Fashion Communications and Business Studies, she offers a fresh perspective on the industry and a passion for personal styling. Katie loves bright colours so can usually be found wearing her favourite brand, Suncoo, and always encourages customers to try something new.
Lisa
LINDFIELD
Lisa began at Doodie Stark in 2019, as a Saturday girl in our Lindfield store, but soon became a more permanent member of staff. With a love for embracing colour and style, Lisa is usually on the shop floor putting together outfits for our lovely customers often recommending styles from her favourite brands like American Vintage and pairing them with the perfect pair of DL1961 jeans.
Lola
LINDFIELD
As a member of our Saturday staff, Lola is an exceptional addition to the team. Helping our customers on the busiest day of trade is difficult, but Lola consistently provides a standout service with a smile, and never hesitates to give her thoughts on the trickiest of fashion emergencies. With a love for timeless fashion, Lola can usually be found wearing capsule classics from culture.
Natalie
LINDFIELD
Nats is a key member of the Doodie Stark team, and can be found on the shop floor experimenting with her style and helping customers do the same. She can often be found wearing bright basics from American Vintage, and selecting the perfect accessories as gifts. Nats consistently provides intimate customer service pouring her heart into everything she does, making a visit to Doodie Stark truly memorable.
