Yes, all branded items are authentic. We do not sell copies.

Will you restock sold-out items?
If an item is very popular we can re-order from our suppliers. Please call one of our shops and a member of staff can tell you if the item is due back into stock.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What is your returns policy?

Yes we do offer click and collect from our Lindfield and Horsham stores.

Are sale items refundable?
Sale items purchased in store can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 7 days of receipt of the item. Sale items purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including AMEX both in-store and online.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes every item includes VAT.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment information is secure. No payment information is stored on our system for payments made in-store. For purchases made online shopify uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to help protect your payment details during checkout. Payment information is transmitted over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, and sensitive card data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Do you accept cash in your retail stores?
We don't accept cash for purchases over £30.

It's not possible to reserve an item online. You can reserve an in-store item for 48 hours. This does not apply to sale items.

What is the Lindfield courtyard garden for?
Our Lindfield store is built around a beautiful courtyard garden which offers a peaceful retreat for both customers and our team. Designed as a tranquil space, it creates seamless connection between indoors and out.

Each winter, we install our traditional Après Ski Bar, creating a unique setting for festive events and seasonal gatherings. It's become something of a Doodie Stark tradition and a wonderful place to bring our community together. We look forward to making even greater use of the courtyard, hosting more events and creating memorable experiences for our customers throughout the year.

Yes, we offer an alteration service for items purchased in-store.
