As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help run the boutique day to day, build strong relationships with our customers and keep our presentation and service to the highest standard. This role suits someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people and takes pride in a premium retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Give warm, personalised service so every customer feels welcome and valued.
• Get to know each customer’s preferences and offer thoughtful styling advice.
• Build lasting relationships that bring customers back.
• Confidently promote our collections, designers and new arrivals.

Boutique Presentation

• Keep the shop floor, displays and windows immaculate.
• Keep fitting rooms and stock areas tidy and organised.

Stock & Daily Operations

• Help with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment.
• Process sales, payments and returns efficiently.
• Support collection launches, events and promotions.

Brand & Client Engagement

• Represent the boutique with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Support our social media and help build a sense of exclusivity and community.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for luxury fashion and style.
• Has retail or customer service experience, ideally in premium or luxury fashion.
• Is confident and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
• Has a good eye for styling, detail and presentation.
• Is proactive, organised and reliable.
• Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team.
• Values discretion and professionalism.

• Developing creative ideas and keeping up with current social media trends.
• Helping grow our online presence, engagement and brand awareness across our social media channels.
• Capturing the personality, style and individuality of our boutiques.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content.
• Confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Excellent video filming and editing skills.
• A creative eye, with a good understanding of fashion, styling and visual storytelling.
• Someone proactive, reliable and full of fresh ideas.
• Must live locally and be able to visit our boutiques regularly.
